My story

My journey into the digital world began with curiosity and a desire to play an active part in shaping change. Along the way, I have learnt that progress does not come about solely through new technologies, but through people who work together openly and take responsibility.


In a variety of technological, service and organisational contexts, I have seen just how important guidance, trust and a pragmatic approach to implementation are. I value clear structures, meaningful discussions and the courage to try things out - even if not everything works out perfectly the first time round.


For me, therefore, digitalisation means more than just efficiency: it opens up new opportunities for collaboration, participation and development. My commitment to education and social progress is an integral part of my vision for shaping the future.

Digitization

To me, digitalisation isn’t about using as much technology as possible. It’s about improving processes and collaboration in areas where technology actually lightens people’s workload and brings them together.

Innovation

Innovation begins with curiosity and a willingness to think outside the box. It is not the idea alone that matters, but the courage to try it out, learn from it and develop it further together.

Leadership

For me, leadership is about attitude: providing direction, taking responsibility and giving people the space to develop their own ideas. Especially in times of change, what is needed is trust, clarity and a willingness to learn new things oneself.

What motivates you in your work?

What excites me most is supporting people as they push themselves to their limits. Seeing shared ideas lead to real change - that's the greatest sense of achievement for me.

How do you keep up to date in your filed?

I regularly invest time in continuing education, read current studies, and engage in intensive discussions with other experts. I also test new tools and methods in practice to adapt them to current requirements.

What makes your approach to work stand out?

I combine analytical thinking with creativity and a keen ear for clients' concerns. It's important to me not just to provide solutions, but to work together to develop individualized approaches that truly fit.

How did you come to be interested in these topics?

I realized early on that I was fascinated by change processes. I want to help others recognize opportunities and actively shape change.

What do you consider important when working with others?

For me, trust, honesty, and open communication are the foundation of any successful collaboration. I value working together as equals.

How do you find a balance?

Then I love being outdoors in nature - hiking, biking, or walking. I also enjoy reading and discovering new places to find inspiration for my work.
