My journey into the digital world began with curiosity and the desire to actively shape change. I quickly realized that those who remain open-minded and approach new tasks with enthusiasm can not only learn a lot but also make a real impact.

I've accompanied many teams and people as they embraced new technologies and processes—sometimes with more, sometimes with less enthusiasm. I've learned that the best success comes when we laugh together, embrace mistakes, and grow from them.

For me, digitalization means not only efficiency, but also new opportunities to strengthen collaboration and move forward together.

Today, I assist others in recognising digital chances and implementing them pragmatically - always with a dash of humour and an eye for what really matters.
